• Delivery Confirmation: Once your package shows as “Delivered” in the tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered. We highly recommend checking your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors in case the package was left in a different area.

• Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately. The post office can assist in locating your package, as we are unable to intervene once delivery is confirmed.

• Post-Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.
